Estimated delivery times are between 2-5 business days, after fulfilment. Please note that delivery times may sometimes be longer due to public holidays and festive seasons.

Shipping charges are at a flat rate of RM5 for both West Malaysia and East Malaysia, for orders within Malaysia that weight 2kg and above, please note that weight-based charges apply.

This service requires a signature upon delivery, so we recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel.

In the case that the first delivery fails due to errors in shipping or contact information provided, the subsequent delivery and return charges will be charged back to you. Do make sure the shipping and contact information provided in your order are correct to avoid any delays!

Please note that if you are sending a dispatch or a representative to collect your order on behalf of you, do request that they quote your order number at the service counter for collection purposes.

Get free same day delivery for orders above RM10, within 10km radius from our Southkey store.

For orders out of the 10km radius but within Klang Valley and Johor Bahru, the delivery charges will be based on the rate by our delivery partner.

In-store Pick Up

If you’d like to visit the store to pick-up your purchases, you can choose a time slot for collection upon checkout. Please do note that orders take a minimum of 1 hour to process and pack before it is ready for collection.

There is also a maximum of 10 slots per hour for in-store pickup so please do select another time slot if your first choice is fully taken. In the event that you do not turn up at the store to collect your order, we will hold it for a maximum of 7 working days before contacting you to arrange for shipping. Any shipping costs not collected upon checkout will then be charged to you.

International orders

International orders are subject to weight-calculated shipping charges. We ship to selected international destinations. Countries outside of Malaysia will receive orders in approximately 5-30 business days (orders often arrive sooner than this, but transit time varies based on destination country and performance of postal service/s). You can select the relevant country in the checkout section of the store. We will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives as soon as possible. You may be liable for the destination country’s taxes, please check this prior to ordering. CzipLee Online will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred at the recipient country nor can we under-declare the value of the shipment.

Express Shipping (2-15 business days)

CzipLee Online uses FedEx International shipping services which can be tracked and are much faster than standard shipping services. Estimated delivery is approximately 2-15 working days depending on your location.

This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel (ideally a work/office address you know will be attended)

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from CzipLee Online, you will be responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; CzipLee Online has no control over these charges, nor can CzipLee Online predict what they may be. CzipLee Online will also not be able to under-declare any invoice or shipment value.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note:

Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

Terms & Conditions

Each item in your order is sold by CzipLee Retail Sdn Bhd.
Those items for shipment to countries outside of the Malaysia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the CzipLee website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the Malaysia.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from CzipLee.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.

Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
