All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. If the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, CzipLite will cover all postage costs and provide a full refund via store credit.
