Exchanges & Return Policy


Exchanges may be made within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that the products are still in good and unused condition with original packaging. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us at [email protected] before returning it.

For exchanges that are of lower value than the original purchase price, the balance will be refunded as store credit only.

CzipLee reserves the right not to exchange the products if they do not fulfill the requirements as stated prior.


Refunds are available on a case by case basis and will be made via store credit.

In the event that a product is eligible for cash refund (item out of stock etc), the refund will be processed and transferred to the bank account within three to five (3 - 5) working days. For refunds that require return of a product, processing time will take up to fourteen (14) working days to facilitate the delivery of the product.

CzipLee reserves the right to not give any refunds, even if the original receipt is presented.

Any purchases for items that are marked down from ongoing specials is FINAL and will not be returnable or exchangeable. This is applicable for special sales or promotions as well.

How do I make a return?

We try out best to avoid this, but if you think you've received the wrong item, then simply lodge a return by contacting us at [email protected] or Whatsapp us at +6012 219 1559.

If for whatever other reason you'd like to exchange or return your purchase, simply contact us at [email protected], or Whatsapp us at +6012 219 1559 with your order number, the product you want to exchange or return, and the reason for exchange or return.

We will require you to send the item back to us for inspection and processing first before we can arrange for the new item to be shipped out to you. Any shipping costs for returning the item to us will be borne by the customer. CzipLee will not be held responsible if returned items are damaged or lost in transit.

In the rare case that you received a faulty or damaged product upon delivery, simply e-mail or Whatsapp us via the process above, and we will arrange to have the item replaced. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. 

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, CzipLee will cover all postage costs and provide a full refund via store credit or bank transfer.
